Project Description:Sky Blue Builders, LLC. acting as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager, assisted in the site development of the Wildgrass Townhomes which entailed an extensive trail system (crusher fines and concrete) and meandering sidewalks, parking areas, alleyways, ditches, retaining walls, landscaping and dry utilities. Required extensive coordination with the City, Owner, and Home Owner’s Association and various agencies to ensure that each phase was developed according to the time-sensitive schedule. Phased development of the site allowed for the homebuilder to sequentially takedown and developed finished lots in a reasonable, cost-effective manner.

LOWRY TWINHOMES

Project Description:
Lowry Twinhomes, located in the Lowry Redevelopment Area, consisted of a two phase residential development. Sky Blue Builders was construction manager for both phases of this 24 twin home complex. The site development oversight consisted over-excavation, erosion control, wet utilities including water and sewer, dry utilities, curb & gutter, streets, sidewalks, landscaping and rock walls.
